Distance from Perth to Bickley Observatory = ~30km
To Gingin Observatory = ~80km
Bickley is a quicker drive, and a pleasant one. I've yet to decide whether to drive for a whole hour just for a 2-hour event, then back again. I'd wager most people feel the same.
Why not at least have some events at Bickley?
